Abandoned Houses
Abandoned Farmhouse in Ontario

On a recent exploration I found this old abandoned farmhouse along a quite Ontario back road. It now sits abandoned remembering the days when a family called this old farmhouse home. Soon this house will succumb to its fate and be lost to time like many other abandoned houses along Ontario’s back roads. Until then we can still enjoy its serene beauty. The location of this old abandoned farmhouse can be found on our Abandoned Places in Ontario Map.

Exploring a Creepy House

A video exploring a creepy yet beautiful old abandoned house, just one of the many that dot Highway 3 in Ontario. Know by many names, including the Guyitt Homestead, The Palmyra House and others. It is said to be on of the most photographed houses in Ontario. Last fall it almost fell victim to arson as the charred scars are evident under the main front window.

Ontario Abandoned Homestead

What once was a beautiful old homestead is now nothing but a haunting landmark seen by many as they head up to their cottage in the Bruce Peninsula. Only a shell remains of this old abandoned house located in Bruce County Ontario not to far from Chesley. Its only a matter of time before the brick work comes crumbling down and the land is cleared to grow crops. Until them we can admire its haunting beauty and think of all the family’s that has called this place home.
The location of this old abandoned house can be found on our abandoned places map.
